I am so impressed by this company. Both the individuals manning the phones and the technicians are so courteous. My radon fan quit working so I initially called them to replace it. The first individual walked me through some simple troubleshooting directions and then recommended that I call the company who installed the system to see if the work would be under warranty. When the other company didn’t get back to me over two weeks and several phone calls, I called Protect Environmental back to help me out. I called at 10 am and they were able to work me in that day. We had our new radon fan by noon! David Borja was our technician and was assisted by Skyler. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and quick. Thanks and keep up the good work!!

Called for Radon Testing and was given an estimate of $185 for their services. I was also told that I could buy a one-time use test for $20 at any hardware store, or order a continuous monitoring system from AirThings for $150. I'm so grateful for companies that help homeowners make good decisions!

Not only were they incredibly quick in responding to inquires, but they were able to schedule us in when we had a tight timeline to meet. Levels were testing at over 7 according to the Airthings Corentium Home Radon Detector 223 Portable I bought off Amazon so I called to price out a system. Jarad the Project Manager was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule the install for the very next day!Nick arrived right on time the next day and was very polite and professional. It took about 9 hours from start to finish.I immediately saw my levels drop and am now averaging a little over a 2. I feel much safer about my son having his bedroom in the basement now.Had a couple small issues post install and Kyle the operations manager came out and took care of them right away. Can't say enough good things about him - great attitude, fantastic communication, and an outstanding approach to customer service (uncommon with other businesses these days.)Jarad and Nick were also great to work with. I had a great experience with Ace...they were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a tight time window due to a current remodel project. Stacey was able to find time in their schedule for the initial inspection and also 'held' a spot for the following week to complete the work (before I committed to getting it done). Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to.At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.

I had ACE do the radon system at my house. The bidding process was fairly straightforward and we had an estimate within the day. I got quotes from probably 6 different companies. Ace was in the middle of the quote range. I was able to get them to come down a little with a price match. Amanda was my contact through all this and was very easy to reach and responsive to my emails/calls.Andrew was my installer and I thought he did a great job. He gave me a few options of where the unit could be installed. Took about half a day to finish the project. He did a good job and left the area cleaned up.Unfortunately, my post mitigation test showed radon levels were still elevated too high. I have a tri level house where there are 2 different foundation systems and there was still radon entering the house on the opposite end of the house from where the system was installed. The owner came out himself. He inspected the sealed crawlspace tarp and used a radon detector that gives real time radon readings to determine more air needed to be suctioned in that area.Andrew came back out to install a second pipe connected to the first and used it to mitigate the radon gas coming from under the crawlspace tarp. After this modification the radon level came back at 0.9. I'm happy with the service I received and would recommend.

The entire team at ACE Radon is absolutely outstanding!We received high results from our home inspection (28pCi/L) and were really worried about mitigation. Our account manager Jennifer got a technician out within 48 hours to do a proper inspection in order to start a plan for mitigation and allow us to feel better about moving forward with the property. Her plan included a thorough and detailed approach, and from start to finish she was available via email and phone to answer all of our questions. She took full accountability when there was a scheduling hiccup and worked to ensure that the re-schedule happened the next day. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.Andrew, our technician, was extremely knowledgable, capable, and thorough with how he installed the mitigation system. He went above and beyond and educated us on the different components and why he made the choices he made. He sealed all of the cracks in an entire basement and to be honest, it looks much better than it did before. The work was impeccable.Finally, Brian was prompt to drop off and pick up the post-mitigation tests. We decided to do 3 tests throughout the house - and they all came back < 1pCi/L!!! I will repeat that last part - less than one!!! I received a prompt call from Jennifer to discuss the great news and follow up on next steps to ensure the numbers continue to stay low.I would highly recommend working with ACE Radon - they stand by their work and put their customers first.

I would highly recommend Reliant Radon Solutions for their professionalism, speed, and quality of work.Reliant performed the testing and subsequently performed the Radon mitigation. They were fast. I was able to schedule the mitigation work within a few days after the test results. They sent a good man named Jay who showed up on time (8:30am driving from Lakewood to Lafayette) and worked the long day (finished up after dark - 7:30pm). I was impressed with the engineering and thoroughness of Reliant’s mitigation process. My basement was finished several months ago and I decided that I had better get the radon levels tested. Also, the fan with the existing radon mitigation system was very loud. I called Ace and spoke with Stacey, who guided me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Within a week, the technician was out and set up a testing device and replaced the noisy fan. The technician, Brian, could not have been more helpful and professional. Best of all, the testing device generated a detailed report that revealed my system was working effectively. I called several radon mitigation companies that were recommended on NextDoor, Google and Yelp. I decided on Reliant because they sent someone over to inspect my situation to give an accurate proposal so I wouldn't get any unexpected add-on expenses, they were on Boulder County's List of Gold Star Radon Mitigators, they had great customer reviews. I recently purchased a home in the Evergreen area that didn't have any radon mitigation in place. The team at ACE Radon came out and installed a good system in a day, working in two crawl spaces and installing the fan in an out-of-the-way area. They left me with some extra materials to make any patches I might need in the future. Their tech was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Jennifer, my customer advocate, was very helpful with coordination, and quickly answered my questions via email. I would recommend you call ACE Radon if you need a radon mitigation system.

ACE did a great job installing our radon mitigation system! Jennifer was very friendly and responsive to my request for a quote and in setting up dates and times for an estimate and the actual installation.Our technician, Andrew, was amazing! He arrived on time and was extremely efficient and attentive to his work. The job took about 8 hours, but we live in a 3-story home and it was 10 degrees outside all day so I was actually impressed with his timing. Andrew was also very kind and informative. My dad, who likes to hover when technicians are at the house, chatted with him and watched him install the system for a few hours and he did not seem bothered or phased by his presence. He cleaned up after himself, explained everything to me upon finishing the job, and even asked if I wanted to go inspect the system while he was still there. You don't meet too many genuinely nice people like him! We would absolutely recommend him and ACE to anyone. Such a great team!

Best service in the 25 years we've lived here, bar none. Everyone has to call for help sometime - plumber, electrician, radon install, etc. By far, the best experience I've had with anyone, ever. Very informative, told us what was going to be done ahead of time. We had some questions, they answered them clearly. We asked for a couple changes, no problem. They adjusted the install based on our situation (clay soil needed a larger motor - no cost change). We had an electrical fluke and they took care of it, no charge again. Even asked us if we wanted to pick the electrician. We've had some floor work so they added an extra "post" test to make sure radon levels are safe across the house. Again, no charge. What a wonderful experience. The. Best. Ever.

I've used ACE twice with two different homes and they've been fantastic. Based on my first experience I figured my second experience would be a piece of cake, and it was. From start to finish Danielle's communication was outstanding. Andrew (our installer) was also fantastic.We had a slightly odd configuration and he let Danielle and I know that work might bleed into the next day. Stacey provided a quick, reasonable quote and answered any questions that I had. Karl came out the next morning and installed the system. He spent all day making sure everything was perfect. Everything was positive with experience with Ace Radon. My neighbor recommended . First contact with Leigh, Brian came out and gave estimate , then scheduled installation within 2 weeks. Technician that came out was very professional. Explained everything , and cleaned up after he was done. I am a Realtor and I had a very short time timeframe for a cash closing. I found out at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday that the buyer wanted proof that the radon level tested after installation to be 4.0 or lower before they would sign papers. Our closing was scheduled for the next Thursday. I called Terry on Saturday morning, she was at the home on Sunday, pulled a team member off another job for Monday to get the system installed. Had it retested on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. while we were sitting at the closing table. The level was below 1.0. We had a successful close. Reliant Radon has always been professional and reliabe. No question in my mind, I will not use any other radon company.

Great experience all around. When buying our home, high levels of radon were detected. Our inspector referred us to Ace Radon. When I called, Jennifer was very knowledgeable and asked numerous questions to better understand our property, then quoted a price based on my description and measurements. After we closed on the home, Nick arrived right on time on the scheduled day and assessed the project, making some adjustments, which reduced the quoted price. He knew what he was doing and explained it prior to the installation so that I was comfortable with what he would do. If you need any radon work done, look no further than Terry and her team at Reliant Radon. Seriously- they are amazing! Our house was a bit of a complicated situation- we already had a system installed but were still getting high radon levels. We had previously tried two other companies and weren't impressed. We found Terry, and I'm so glad we did. Terry and her team are thoughtful, attentive and really want to solve your radon problem. Jay installed a second system, and it was seamless. He was at the house most of the day, but worked so quickly and we hardly even knew he was here! Best of all mitigation worked, and we now have levels well below the EPA action level. I hired ACE to come and inspect a recently installed system from another vendor. From Stacey managing the office, not to mention Brian doing pre-sales work, and to Karl doing the onsite install, the ACE team took great care of me and my property. They were able to schedule me for an estimate the next day and they were able to get the mitigation completed before any other company could even get someone out to give an estimate. I have a personal history with radon and I ended up telling Terry, the owner, about my anxieties and fear of finding elevated levels in my home. She could have easily price gouged me and tried to upsell me on things I didn't need but she was more than reasonable and honest. When our house was inspected prior to selling it, it came back with a very high pCi/L. We called Reliant Radon Solutions. We were under a tight deadline and Terry was able to come out to evaluate the situation within a few days. She explain the options, and given the high pCi/L, we opted for a 2 fan mitigation system. After both systems were installed, a retest was done and the final level was 0.1 - well under the required 4.0.During the installation process, we had questions: they were answered completely and professionally by Terry or Tina (Admin Assistant). We also talked to both technicians and were pleased by their knowledge and skill. The price for both systems was less than we anticipated and completely worth the cost, given the excellent final results. We appreciated the guarantee which we could transfer to the new owners. We highly recommend Reliant Radon Solutions and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

With extra time on my hands due to COVID, I decided to run a RADON test in my basement. Glad I did ... it was 12.8 which was well above the recommended max value of 4.0. Reliant was contacted and they promptly arrived to complete a site survey and provide a quote. On the installation day, they arrived promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done .... and they listened to my installation recommendations/concerns .... I was not ignored !! As an engineer, I expected a clean and professional installation ... they did an A+ job. My house was respected, installation impacts from dust and debris was minimized, and they were sensitive to installation aesthetics. Based on my experience, you will not go wrong with Reliant. I rarely make contractor recommendations since they never meet my expectations, but these guys were great !!!

You can hardly tell that it is there! It is tucked away out of site in our utility room and put the manometer in the garage so we can easily monitor it! After radon inspection in our new home revealed elevated levels, we contacted Terry at Reliant Radon for an estimate for Radon Abatement system. The initial visit was scheduled quickly and the proposal was even a little less than we feared. We were very fortunate to have Terry Kerwin agree to review our radon mitigation system installation and make some recommendations to improve it. Her care in explaining the typical way a system is installed, what matters, the types of mitigation and when those might be used, what to be careful about was incredibly helpful to us. We are struggling with lowering the radon levels in a home we purchased relatively recently. The seller paid for the system install and the company we are working with is very customer-focused, so we are fortunate there also. They are standing behind their warranty and I'm quite sure are losing a lot of money doing so. Deep respect for that one! This has been taking months, however, in winter and we leave the windows open to reduce the radon levels which can be quite chilly. The consultation with Terry gave us more understanding of the issues and allowed us to feel comfortable that we were headed in a reasonable direction and she has our sincere thanks for that. Very impressed with our installation. We live in an older home in a neighborhood with higher radon levels. We had a peak level of 22-23 pCi/L radon pre mitigation. EPA recommends less than 4.0. Reliant was the only bidder out of four other Gold Star Rated mitigators (see Boulder county’s website) that explicitly stated they would include sealing and depressuring our two crawl spaces in addition to subslab depressurization. No staged install, just a two day project that included everything. The price was on the lower end of the bidding spectrum as well, and our home purchase inspector had seen good installs by this company. Reliant’s inspector for the bid was the actual installer which makes sense to me. Everything looks well done. I would probably have asked for “neater” edging of the encapsulation in the crawl space against the foundation walls but I am sort of OCD and this hardly matters as I’m looking to spray foam the concrete anyway eventually for energy savings.I waited one month to get the provided send out test back and our level came back at 1.2 ± 0.4 pCi/L. This is a great result. I plan to retest in 1-2 years to make sure everything still works well.A huge side benefit I didn’t realize would occur was the encapsulated crawl spaces were apparently giving our home a vague musty smell. This is basically gone now. And the amount of bugs around the home has significantly declined as well.

Previous companies I contacted blew us off (probably because they are in Boulder) which was super annoying. Terry was prompt and very responsive always.

Really great company to work with - most mountain homes need a radon system, but not all installers know what they are doing - we had Reliant install a poorly done system by someone that simply wouldn't pass inspection.The entire process was amazing - great communication, very knowledgeable, technician was great. I would refer them to anyone that asked and of course we got great test result after the system was installed.

We had 3 companies provide bids. Reliant was the only one that actually came to the property, looked over everything, explained in detail what they would do if hired. They provided a free estimate that was also detailed (and matched what we were told in person). The other companies just threw out a generic estimate without even looking at our house or basement. Reliant sealed cracks in the basement utility room, put in a sealed cover on the sump pump, and then put in the mitigation fan with minimal impact on the house at any point. They even painted the pipe to match the exterior of the house with paint we provided. Every person we dealt with was professional and courteous.

We apparently have the most difficult house to mitigate ever. I knew Reliant was the best, but I waited to review until we solved the radon issue and we did! It was a process but we have an old house with several additions and such, leaving us with THREE foundation levels. Other companies stopped returning our calls once they saw our house or wouldn't even come because we had an existing "system" (it was pretty much just a pipe in the corner doing nothing). I cannot speak highly enough of Terry and her team. She was dedicated to figuring out our house. It took some time, but that was because she wasn't going to just slap in new systems and rack up a huge bill for us. She took it piece by piece, spent lots of time trouble shooting, testing, reviewing, etc. to get the best solution possible (with the most reasonable cost). Our house was basically not built (or rebuilt) with any thought to radon mitigation. I was afraid we'd never get it. But we did! Luckily Terry had lots of knowledge and resources. I highly doubt many other companies would have been as dedicated and helpful as Terry and her team. This is not just about a job for them. They truly want people to be safe in their homes.

These folks are the Best. I have a very large home that needed a custom installation due to the roof line. They worked closely with my roofer and the installation is virtually "invisible". Also, their follow-up testing has been prompt and efficient. Their mitigation got my Radon level down to the permissible standard. Fast and efficient - This is the best customer service I have had in years!
