Waited a few years to post this to make sure I see consistent results from the radon mitigation system these guys installed and basically this install cut my radon in the basement where my office is by more then half to very safe and acceptable levels. I have a radon counter in my office measuring daily, weekly and long term average and all of those are showing safe levels now for the past nearly two years. The overall process was easy , professional, clean, fast, efficient and affordable. Highly recommended!

Excellent radon mitigation service. They installed an attic fan, sealed the sump pump, added a pressure gauge, and provided a self retest kit to confirm levels were reduced. The person was knowledgeable, supportive, and accommodated our schedule. Everything was handled professionally and on time. We also appreciated the 5-year fan warranty and 1-year labor warranty. Highly recommend for reliable and effective radon solutions. Slightly expensive compared to competitors but worth for the services , permit and warranty provided.

Had to have my radon system serviced after 3 years and fan replaced. Fan was under warranty thankfully. Ryan was my technician. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Worked in this terrible cold to quickly replace the fan outside and also the batteries inside. Left a radon kit to recheck in 24 hours. Very happy with service and company

We use them for our yearly Maintnence and water testing as well as replacing tanks as needed. It’s easy to get an appointment and I love they tell you when the tech is on the way via text. John is great - hope they send him every year. My only suggestion would be to respond to emails after test results come in, had to call to get an answer.

We have only had an incredible experience with RAdata! We always have had a pleasant experience working with RAdata. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond. We recently needed a water treatment device installed, our technician was Ted. He worked within the parameters he needed to, but ensured to go above and beyond by completing some extra work so we didn't need to be charged a bit more to install another piece of equipment. We appreciated Ted doing a bit more work to save us money. Ted kept the area cleaned and left it as he found it. We also were very impressed with the quick turnaround and updates we received. We were within a tight window, and RAdata was transparent with what they could do and they delivered. We strongly recommend RAdata for any well water needs - treatments, testing, etc.! Thank you so much for the great service over the years!

They are expensive and do not explain the results of your water test unless you ask for one. I don't understand why they do that. BUT all that said, they respond and show up within a few days of calling. Results come back fast as well, but like I said, the person that sends the results does not explain what your results mean. Once someone does call or email you with an explanation, they are very nice and easy to talk to. They go over everything in great detail and explain treatment options if needed.

Today, Rocco Dimichino installed the electric outlet, wires and switch for my Radon fan. Rocco did an outstanding job of customizing the pic run from the garage to the outside of the house.
