Derek was very knowledgeable, and assisted me in making an informed decision about getting a more dependable sump pump going forward. He installed it and checked our radon system and explained everything we needed to know about how it worked, we had no clue, as we bought our house from the previous owners who had it installed. They left no info for us. He was super professional and transparent with what everything cost and very proficient in installation, testing and installing everything. We are pleased with the service. Another great experience with an RA Data technician. Dan T. arrived promptly and completed the work in timely fashion. I’m pleased to say he worked within the 1/2 hour window resulting in no extra time charge.I must also add that anytime I have had to call the office they are not only helpful but pleasant!
