RA Data replaced my radon remediation fan which failed after 28 years. They called ahead to see if they could come a few minutes early, which was great for me. Overall job was quick and I think a fair price for a new fan, labor, and a test kit to check the system in a few days. They even do an airflow test under the slab to ensure the system is working properly. Highly recommend RAData for any remediation system maintenance or repairs.

The technician was great. He fixed the issue quickly and inspected the system. Unfortunately, we paid more than $200 for the visit just because the system alarm that the company installed was busted and going off for no reason. So that wasn’t great. But again, the technician was fantastic, as all the technicians we’ve dealt with have been.

RAData installed our arsenic sequestration for our well water and maintains the system, including all pre and post filters for the last 4 years. They call us every year for a checkup, scheduling is quick and the tech comes on time and is courteous and does the job quickly. They are knowledgeable and helpful and explain everything they did/do. Dan Taylor from RAdata was amazing. Dan is the reason that we are still using RAdata after a miserable experience last year and the frustration of having the water stop flowing to our home because of their product (ultraviolet light water system) RAdata charges a ridiculous amount of money. Nothing is covered under warranty and there is a hidden fee or up charge for most things. We had to put the system in when we bought our home because of the requirements of our VA Loan. I’m sorry we chose RAdata. I am NOT sorry that Dan Taylor works for them. He was very understanding and worked hard to get us up and running after 2 days without water. Thank you Dan! RAdata is lucky to have you.
