He has led organizations through periods of rapid expansion, organizational transformation, and acquisition integration, with deep expertise in P&L management, operational scaling, and leadership development.
Throughout his career, Byron has held senior leadership positions with ACS, ECO Plumbing, HVAC & Electric, Groundworks, and TRUGREEN, where he successfully built scalable operating infrastructures, improved financial performance, integrated acquired businesses, and developed high-performing teams. His experience spans multi-location service organizations, field operations, customer experience, and enterprise-wide process improvement.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and disciplined operational approach, Byron has consistently partnered with investors, boards, and management teams to accelerate growth, enhance profitability, and build sustainable platforms positioned for long-term success.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Byron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Organizational Management from Penn State University and an MBA in Operations from The Ohio State University.
Jim Theilmann is a proven finance executive with more than 25 years of experience driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and value creation across private equity-backed and family-owned businesses. He has led organizations through periods of rapid growth, system transformation, and M&A activity, with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, and ERP implementation.
Throughout his career, Jim has held senior finance leadership positions at Hillsdale Furniture, Process Machinery, and Bluegrass Restaurant Holdings, where he built FP&A functions from the ground up, streamlined financial reporting, and supported complex acquisition and integration activities. His experience spans multi-entity financial management, debt and cash flow modeling, and enterprise-wide accounting transformation in multiple industries including distribution, construction, financial services, and Restaurant.
A Certified Public Accountant, Jim is known for his analytical rigor and ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategy. He has consistently partnered with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and boards to enhance financial discipline, improve profitability, and position organizations for long-term growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.
Nate Klingenberger is a high-impact operations leader with more than a decade of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and team development across multi-location service businesses. He has led organizations through periods of rapid expansion and performance improvement, with deep expertise in P&L management, branch operations, and workforce development.
Throughout his career, Nate has held senior operational leadership positions at Groundworks and Ohio Basement Systems, where he built high-performing teams, improved financial results, and drove significant revenue growth. His experience spans multi-branch management, financial analysis, talent acquisition, and acquisition integration across regional and national platforms.
Known for his hands-on approach and focus on execution, Nate has consistently delivered measurable results by aligning operational strategy with business objectives and empowering teams to perform at their best. He is OSHA certified and attended Otterbein University.
Danielle “Dani” Brewer is a performance-focused marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, demand generation, and brand development across multi-brand, multi-location organizations. She has led marketing functions through periods of rapid expansion and acquisition integration, with deep expertise in performance marketing, full-funnel optimization, and scalable go-to-market strategy.
Throughout her career, Dani has held senior marketing leadership positions at Groundworks, Independence Pet Group, and Heartland Veterinary Partners, where she built repeatable local-market playbooks, managed multi-million dollar media budgets, and delivered measurable growth across large PE-backed platforms. Her experience spans enterprise demand generation, M&A digital integration, agency governance, and marketing analytics across consumer services and B2B environments.
Known for her data-driven approach and ability to align marketing investment with operational capacity and revenue outcomes, Dani has consistently partnered with CEOs, COOs, and finance teams to accelerate growth and build sustainable marketing platforms. She holds a Master’s in Journalism from Regent University and a Bachelor’s in Communication from Virginia Wesleyan University.
Stacey Howard is a dynamic human resources executive with nearly 20 years of experience driving talent strategy, organizational development, and HR transformation across growth-oriented businesses. She has led HR functions through periods of rapid expansion, merger and acquisition activity, and cultural integration, with deep expertise in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
