We believe in work-life balance and provide paid time off (PTO) starting the first week of employment. In addition to PTO, employees may receive up to seven paid holidays in a calendar year

Protect. As a member of our team
employees are eligible to participate in our 401k after two months of
employment.

On-the-job Assistance

To ensure our technicians have all the support to do the job successfully, our technicians receive assistance with transportation to client sites, uniforms for on-the-job work, per diems for travel, and more.
