We recently needed a water treatment device installed, our technician was Ted. He worked within the parameters he needed to, but ensured to go above and beyond by completing some extra work so we didn't need to be charged a bit more to install another piece of equipment. We appreciated Ted doing a bit more work to save us money. Ted kept the area cleaned and left it as he found it. We also were very impressed with the quick turnaround and updates we received. They are expensive and do not explain the results of your water test unless you ask for one. I don't understand why they do that. BUT all that said, they respond and show up within a few days of calling. Results come back fast as well, but like I said, the person that sends the results does not explain what your results mean. Once someone does call or email you with an explanation, they are very nice and easy to talk to. They go over everything in great detail and explain treatment options if needed.

Today, Rocco Dimichino installed the electric outlet, wires and switch for my Radon fan. Rocco did an outstanding job of customizing the pic run from the garage to the outside of the house. Six months ago we had RAData install a radan gas mitigation system plus a water treatment system. Today their technician, Drew Lovasi, came to do routine maintenance on the water treatment system. In addition, he also brought and took down into our basement the twenty bags of salt we had ordered for the next several months. I had RAdata check my radon mitigation system to address an increase in levels observed during colder weather. Office staff were friendly and responsive in answering my questions. Derek was the technician that inspected the existing system’s condition including a check on the vacuum achieved under the slab. Derek was friendly and helpful in answering my questions and explaining his work. We discussed several options for improving the suction under the slab by adding another suction point tied into the existing system. I chose one of the options and Derek went about his work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area, and retested the suction under the slab showing improvement in air flow due to the added suction point. In my opinion, working with RAdata was a comfortable experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing radon mitigation services.

We hired RA Data to install a water softener at my home. From start to finish, RA Data accommodated my schedule and needs, got the job done, and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening, how it was happening, and what to expect when it was done.My experience started with Dan, who heard my needs, worked up quotes for me, and didn't get annoyed when I inevitably had to call back a couple times with questions. Awesome. They were able to schedule me 2 weeks out (which in my experience is super quick given how booked contractors are).The day of, Ted, our tech, arrives and walks me through the whole project, involves me in making decisions about placement and installation of the equipment, and stopped to see if I had questions before and after the work was completed. He was courteous of being in my home, was careful not to let our pet out, and cleaned up the work area perfectly before bringing me down to review the work.There were no surprise fees, upcharges, or excuses as to why something couldn't get done halfway into the job. I paid the price that was communicated to me upfront and now my water is soft and I am happy.I recommend these guys for both water treatment and radon mitigation. Just keep in mind that at the end of the day, the techs are contractors and for service calls, charge hourly. If time / cost is an issue, communicate it upfront so your expectations are set before work begins.
