Overall job was quick and I think a fair price for a new fan, labor, and a test kit to check the system in a few days. Dan Taylor from RAdata was amazing. Dan is the reason that we are still using RAdata after a miserable experience last year and the frustration of having the water stop flowing to our home because of their product (ultraviolet light water system) RAdata charges a ridiculous amount of money. Nothing is covered under warranty and there is a hidden fee or up charge for most things. We had to put the system in when we bought our home because of the requirements of our VA Loan. I’m sorry we chose RAdata. I am NOT sorry that Dan Taylor works for them. He was very understanding and worked hard to get us up and running after 2 days without water. Thank you Dan!
