Thank you very much to the crew at Protect Environmental! I first spoke with Kyle (operations manager?) who really took the time to understand my requests and talk me through solutions. I later spoke to Joe, who went out of his way to fit me in quickly for an estimate. Then Dean came out to assess the problem, and he could not have been more patient with my plethora of questions. This radon mitigation installation got to be a little complicated because the house was for sale and fell out of contract. Kyle had been very patient to begin with scheduling everything, and we had to cancel it all and reschedule. We possibly needed one or we possibly needed two systems, so there was a lot of scheduling. Also, it was in a historic district, and the permits had to be pulled through the historic landmark. Kyle, very patiently dealt with all of this. After installing the first system, he retested, and it came out great. And we did not have to install the second system. All in all, it was a great experience!

I reached Kyle at the office and explained an oops installation issue I found. He told me they’d dispatch a field technician that same day to perform the corrective action. Daniel arrived, with the part and corrected the issue within 25 minutes and made sure everything was working properly. It was a great customer satisfaction recovery experience. They connected a new radon vent and piping below the existing soil gas retarder in our crawl space for a very reasonable price. Matt, the technician performing the installation was very professional and knowledgable and we are very pleased with the resulting improvements in the radon levels in our home. We had a radon mitigation system installed on our house. Kelton and Matt came and they called as they were on their way to let us know when they would be there. Both of them were super nice, amazing at explaining things in an easily understandable way, and laid out multiple locations where the system could be installed. Their work was done very well and they were in and out within a couple hours. The office staff were all great as well. Very kind and thorough in their explanations and processes. I am so impressed by this company. Both the individuals manning the phones and the technicians are so courteous. My radon fan quit working so I initially called them to replace it. The first individual walked me through some simple troubleshooting directions and then recommended that I call the company who installed the system to see if the work would be under warranty. When the other company didn’t get back to me over two weeks and several phone calls, I called Protect Environmental back to help me out. I called at 10 am and they were able to work me in that day. We had our new radon fan by noon! David Borja was our technician and was assisted by Skyler. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and quick. Thanks and keep up the good work!!

Called for Radon Testing and was given an estimate of $185 for their services. I was also told that I could buy a one-time use test for $20 at any hardware store, or order a continuous monitoring system from AirThings for $150. I'm so grateful for companies that help homeowners make good decisions!

Protect Environmental (Littleton Location) are on a class of their own. Not only were they incredibly quick in responding to inquires, but they were able to schedule us in when we had a tight timeline to meet. They sure stand by their work as we had an issue with one of the pipes a few years after the installation and they immediately jump on the issue and corrected it. I'm glad I chose Protect Environmental as our radon provider.

Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to. At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.

Reliant did a terrific job installing our radon mitigation system. From start to finish, Terry and her team were professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Reliant Radon Solutions for their professionalism, speed, and quality of work. Reliant performed the testing and subsequently performed the Radon mitigation. They were fast. I was able to schedule the mitigation work within a few days after the test results. They sent a good man named Jay who showed up on time (8:30am driving from Lakewood to Lafayette) and worked the long day (finished up after dark - 7:30pm). I was impressed with the engineering and thoroughness of Reliant’s mitigation process. Jay knew exactly what he was doing, had all the materials he needed, and went after it for ten hours straight. The office staff at Reliant was also impressive. Tina and Terry were quick to respond to any questions and/or requests. Top shelf all around.

I called several radon mitigation companies that were recommended on NextDoor, Google and Yelp. I decided on Reliant because they sent someone over to inspect my situation to give an accurate proposal so I wouldn't get any unexpected add-on expenses, they were on Boulder County's List of Gold Star Radon Mitigators, they had great customer reviews. Their proposal was a little more than that of other companies but no surprises and I was pleased with the work and it was done as scheduled, respectfully and neatly. The radon lab result came back less than 0.4 pCi/L

They took a very stressful situation (an out of state move and unexpected radon issues) and made everything so easy. They were courteous and prompt, and they had no trouble working out appointments with our builder. Our technician was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything. I am a Realtor and I had a very short time timeframe for a cash closing. I found out at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday that the buyer wanted proof that the radon level tested after installation to be 4.0 or lower before they would sign papers. Our closing was scheduled for the next Thursday. I called Terry on Saturday morning, she was at the home on Sunday, pulled a team member off another job for Monday to get the system installed. Had it retested on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. while we were sitting at the closing table. The level was below 1.0. We had a successful close. Reliant Radon has always been professional and reliabe. No question in my mind, I will not use any other radon company.

Quite possibly the best radon testing and mitigation contractor we've ever worked with - in 20+ years. At a minimum best in regional market. Give credit where credit is due. Reliant did a great job testing our home and installing our radon mitigation system back in 2010. We're using our basement more so we wanted to retest. Going forward we plan to test every 2 years as recommended because the process was easy, quick and inexpensive. It's well worth it to know that our family is safe from radon exposure.

Terry is amazing! She and her team are friendly, professional, incredibly responsive, and hands-down my forever go-to from here on out. At our previous home, we were finishing our basement and very concerned about radon - we were eager to take any steps necessary to mitigate. There was zero pressure or even the slightest push to do anything whatsoever as our levels were perfectly fine, so nothing beyond testing was ever needed. Jump forward two years and our new home was 10 times anything we've ever seen before. There were others much closer, but Reliant was our first and last choice. If you need any radon work done, look no further than Terry and her team at Reliant Radon. Seriously- they are amazing! Our house was a bit of a complicated situation- we already had a system installed but were still getting high radon levels. We had previously tried two other companies and weren't impressed. We found Terry, and I'm so glad we did. Terry and her team are thoughtful, attentive and really want to solve your radon problem. Jay installed a second system, and it was seamless. He was at the house most of the day, but worked so quickly and we hardly even knew he was here! Best of all mitigation worked, and we now have levels well below the EPA action level. Tina is incredibly responsive. I can't say enough good things about Reliant Radon, and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Reliant Radon Solutions (RRS) did an outstanding job installing a radon mitigation system both in my crawl space and under my basement slab. Terry, the owner, came out and assessed the situation and prescribed a great solution. Radon levels reduced from well over 6pCi/L to less than 1 pCi/L. Joe handled the install and did an outstanding job - even painting the radon exhaust piping to match our house color! Couldn't be more pleased!
