From the initial quote to completion, working with Project Environmental was fantastic. They were quick, affordable, and did a great job. Wanted to give a special shoutout to our tech Mark. We really didn’t want a pipe visible in our finished basement, but it was looking like we didn’t have any better option to get the best results. Mark was able to get creative and figure out a way to squeeze the pipe into a small gap in the wall behind an access panel. The system looks great and we’re very grateful he took the time and had the expertise to make it work.

This is a great company. The mitigation system they installed works well and has already greatly reduced radon levels in my home. The company are also super responsive to feedback. I had an issue with gutter piping installation that I felt could look cleaner and they sent a technician to correct the issue the next day. Both technicians who worked on my system (Michael and Matt) were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

When I needed help with radon mitigation, I did my research and looked at a number of different radon companies, and am very happy to that I ended up with Protect Environmental. They were able to significantly decrease the radon level in my basement and worked in a very fast and efficient manner. The work is very high quality. I’m very happy with this company’s job done! Very honest people that you can trust from my own experience today! First they do professional free estimate and give you very honest price. I made Decision right away and canceled other companies to having more estimates! My house experienced unexpected difficulties during the installation, those two professional guys spent long to discuss different plans and Solved problem to receive the best results, we are triumph over the challenges, truly 5 Stars job well done! I’m not one to write reviews but these guys did such a great job that I needed to spread the word! The entire process was communicated to me from start to finish and any questions I had were promptly answered. Before the radon system was installed my levels were around 20, after the system was installed my levels were below 1! Thank you Protect for the confidence in knowing my home is safe.

This radon mitigation installation got to be a little complicated because the house was for sale and fell out of contract. Kyle had been very patient to begin with scheduling everything, and we had to cancel it all and reschedule. We possibly needed one or we possibly needed two systems, so there was a lot of scheduling. Also, it was in a historic district, and the permits had to be pulled through the historic landmark. Kyle, very patiently dealt with all of this. After installing the first system, he retested, and it came out great. And we did not have to install the second system. All in all, it was a great experience!
