Called for Radon Testing and was given an estimate of $185 for their services. I was also told that I could buy a one-time use test for $20 at any hardware store, or order a continuous monitoring system from AirThings for $150. I'm so grateful for companies that help homeowners make good decisions!

Jared and Skylar come to install a radon mitigation system. However, they identified numerous issues with our crawl space, presented a range of options and recommendations, and helped me figure out the best path forward to get everything fixed! They went above and beyond to adapt to our home's situation and I'm so grateful for their quick, efficient work and expertise.

Protect Environmental (Littleton Location) are on a class of their own. Not only were they incredibly quick in responding to inquires, but they were able to schedule us in when we had a tight timeline to meet. They sure stand by their work as we had an issue with one of the pipes a few years after the installation and they immediately jump on the issue and corrected it. Levels were testing at over 7 according to the Airthings Corentium Home Radon Detector 223 Portable I bought off Amazon so I called to price out a system. Jarad the Project Manager was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule the install for the very next day!Nick arrived right on time the next day and was very polite and professional. It took about 9 hours from start to finish.I immediately saw my levels drop and am now averaging a little over a 2. I feel much safer about my son having his bedroom in the basement now.Had a couple small issues post install and Kyle the operations manager came out and took care of them right away. Can't say enough good things about him - great attitude, fantastic communication, and an outstanding approach to customer service (uncommon with other businesses these days.)Jarad and Nick were also great to work with. I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a radon mitigation system.

I had a great experience with Ace...they were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a tight time window due to a current remodel project. Stacey was able to find time in their schedule for the initial inspection and also 'held' a spot for the following week to complete the work (before I committed to getting it done). They recommended placing the system tucked away in what will be a closet. Carl, who did the work, was completely professional, ensuring the system was installed in the least intrusive/visible spot on the exterior of the house. I highly recommend Ace.

Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to.At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.

On the recommendation of a family member, we had ACE Radon install a radon mitigation system in our home. The whole process from estimate to completion of work was very professional. Danielle, our customer service advocate, did a great job giving us a prompt and accurate estimate. And the installers, Karl and Anthony, were on time and performed the work in a way that kept our house neat and clean. We highly recommend ACE Radon.

I had ACE do the radon system at my house. The bidding process was fairly straightforward and we had an estimate within the day. I got quotes from probably 6 different companies. Ace was in the middle of the quote range. I was able to get them to come down a little with a price match. Amanda was my contact through all this and was very easy to reach and responsive to my emails/calls.Andrew was my installer and I thought he did a great job. He gave me a few options of where the unit could be installed. Took about half a day to finish the project. He did a good job and left the area cleaned up.Unfortunately, my post mitigation test showed radon levels were still elevated too high. I have a tri level house where there are 2 different foundation systems and there was still radon entering the house on the opposite end of the house from where the system was installed. The owner came out himself. He inspected the sealed crawlspace tarp and used a radon detector that gives real time radon readings to determine more air needed to be suctioned in that area.Andrew came back out to install a second pipe connected to the first and used it to mitigate the radon gas coming from under the crawlspace tarp. After this modification the radon level came back at 0.9. I'm happy with the service I received and would recommend.

I just recently got a radon system put in my new house and had an amazing experience. We had so many random life things pop up and had to reschedule what felt like 5 times and Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful. She also was super knowledgeable in answering any questions I had.Karl installed the system for us and was amazing. He was super informative, kind and was able to make it all work even though it was kind of a difficult installation with the room he was working with. The entire team at ACE Radon is absolutely outstanding!We received high results from our home inspection (28pCi/L) and were really worried about mitigation. Our account manager Jennifer got a technician out within 48 hours to do a proper inspection in order to start a plan for mitigation and allow us to feel better about moving forward with the property. Her plan included a thorough and detailed approach, and from start to finish she was available via email and phone to answer all of our questions. She took full accountability when there was a scheduling hiccup and worked to ensure that the re-schedule happened the next day. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.Andrew, our technician, was extremely knowledgable, capable, and thorough with how he installed the mitigation system. He went above and beyond and educated us on the different components and why he made the choices he made. He sealed all of the cracks in an entire basement and to be honest, it looks much better than it did before. The work was impeccable.Finally, Brian was prompt to drop off and pick up the post-mitigation tests. We decided to do 3 tests throughout the house - and they all came back < 1pCi/L!!! I will repeat that last part - less than one!!! Reliant did a terrific job installing our radon mitigation system. From start to finish, Terry and her team were professional and responsive. They accommodated multiple scheduling changes we needed to make due to our travel schedule. The installation itself really blew me away -- the installer thoroughly cleaned up everything from his work (including painting the system to match the siding of the house) and didn't leave a trace. Terrific company and highly recommended.

They sent a good man named Jay who showed up on time (8:30am driving from Lakewood to Lafayette) and worked the long day (finished up after dark - 7:30pm). I was impressed with the engineering and thoroughness of Reliant’s mitigation process. Jay knew exactly what he was doing, had all the materials he needed, and went after it for ten hours straight.The office staff at Reliant was also impressive. My basement was finished several months ago and I decided that I had better get the radon levels tested. Also, the fan with the existing radon mitigation system was very loud. I called Ace and spoke with Stacey, who guided me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Within a week, the technician was out and set up a testing device and replaced the noisy fan. The technician, Brian, could not have been more helpful and professional. Best of all, the testing device generated a detailed report that revealed my system was working effectively. I called several radon mitigation companies that were recommended on NextDoor, Google and Yelp. I decided on Reliant because they sent someone over to inspect my situation to give an accurate proposal so I wouldn't get any unexpected add-on expenses, they were on Boulder County's List of Gold Star Radon Mitigators, they had great customer reviews. Their proposal was a little more than that of other companies but no surprises and I was pleased with the work and it was done as scheduled, respectfully and neatly. The radon lab result came back less than 0.4 pCi/L

I recently purchased a home in the Evergreen area that didn't have any radon mitigation in place. The team at ACE Radon came out and installed a good system in a day, working in two crawl spaces and installing the fan in an out-of-the-way area. They left me with some extra materials to make any patches I might need in the future. Their tech was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Jennifer, my customer advocate, was very helpful with coordination, and quickly answered my questions via email. I would recommend you call ACE Radon if you need a radon mitigation system.

ACE did a great job installing our radon mitigation system! Jennifer was very friendly and responsive to my request for a quote and in setting up dates and times for an estimate and the actual installation.Our technician, Andrew, was amazing! He arrived on time and was extremely efficient and attentive to his work. The job took about 8 hours, but we live in a 3-story home and it was 10 degrees outside all day so I was actually impressed with his timing. Andrew was also very kind and informative. My dad, who likes to hover when technicians are at the house, chatted with him and watched him install the system for a few hours and he did not seem bothered or phased by his presence. He cleaned up after himself, explained everything to me upon finishing the job, and even asked if I wanted to go inspect the system while he was still there. You don't meet too many genuinely nice people like him! We would absolutely recommend him and ACE to anyone. Such a great team!

Amazing service. From Jennifer to Brian to the person who installed the system. I had some issues after the installation (not their fault) and they came twice to see and fix the problem. I am very thankful to them. I would recommend them 100% and I am for sure calling them when I need something else.

Best service in the 25 years we've lived here, bar none. Everyone has to call for help sometime - plumber, electrician, radon install, etc. By far, the best experience I've had with anyone, ever. Very informative, told us what was going to be done ahead of time. We had some questions, they answered them clearly. We asked for a couple changes, no problem. They adjusted the install based on our situation (clay soil needed a larger motor - no cost change). We had an electrical fluke and they took care of it, no charge again. Even asked us if we wanted to pick the electrician. We've had some floor work so they added an extra "post" test to make sure radon levels are safe across the house. Again, no charge. What a wonderful experience. The. Best. Ever.

It was a total pleasure working with these guys. Heidi, Tina, and Joe were absolutely super. We had them come to test for radon in our basement and we were actually well below the EPA's target level but decided to have them install a radon fan anyway for peace of mind. I've used ACE twice with two different homes and they've been fantastic. Based on my first experience I figured my second experience would be a piece of cake, and it was. From start to finish Danielle's communication was outstanding. Andrew (our installer) was also fantastic.We had a slightly odd configuration and he let Danielle and I know that work might bleed into the next day. ACE Radon had a technician out within an hour and corrected the issue and installed a system to mitigate the issue if water begins to build up again. All covered under warranty. This company stands up as a company willing to back their work.

I spoke with Leigh Ann first about our home, built in 1963.We made a plan and had an installer, Doug, out in about a week. Doug was extremely nice, and was able to do everything as Leigh Ann and I had planned. He consulted us about options every step of the way, and did a great job. A good experience from start to finish.

Everything was positive with experience with Ace Radon. My neighbor recommended . First contact with Leigh, Brian came out and gave estimate , then scheduled installation within 2 weeks. Technician that came out was very professional. Explained everything , and cleaned up after he was done. All done in about 7 hours including sealing of sump pump.Cost was very reasonable.Overall it was a painless experience. Would recommend anytime.

They took a very stressful situation (an out of state move and unexpected radon issues) and made everything so easy. They were courteous and prompt, and they had no trouble working out appointments with our builder. Our technician was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything. I am a Realtor and I had a very short time timeframe for a cash closing. I found out at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday that the buyer wanted proof that the radon level tested after installation to be 4.0 or lower before they would sign papers. Our closing was scheduled for the next Thursday. I called Terry on Saturday morning, she was at the home on Sunday, pulled a team member off another job for Monday to get the system installed. Had it retested on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. while we were sitting at the closing table. The level was below 1.0. We had a successful close. Reliant Radon has always been professional and reliabe. No question in my mind, I will not use any other radon company.

When I called, Jennifer was very knowledgeable and asked numerous questions to better understand our property, then quoted a price based on my description and measurements. Reliant did a great job testing our home and installing our radon mitigation system back in 2010. We're using our basement more so we wanted to retest. Going forward we plan to test every 2 years as recommended because the process was easy, quick and inexpensive. It's well worth it to know that our family is safe from radon exposure.

During our conversation, she suggested having Brian come out to give an accurate assessment of our home and what services were needed. Brian was thorough and knowledgable and had been with Ace for 10 years, it was evident he knew what needed to be done. Danielle was quick with the follow-up estimate; the price sounded fair as it was in the range that my realtor told me to expect for a radon mitigation system. We used Reliant for our radon mitigation. They were wonderful! They were able to schedule me for an estimate the next day and they were able to get the mitigation completed before any other company could even get someone out to give an estimate. I have a personal history with radon and I ended up telling Terry, the owner, about my anxieties and fear of finding elevated levels in my home. She could have easily price gouged me and tried to upsell me on things I didn't need but she was more than reasonable and honest. The company was reccommended to me by a friend who also used their services and I am more than happy to recommend this team to anyone in need of Radon testing or mitigation.

When our house was inspected prior to selling it, it came back with a very high pCi/L. We called Reliant Radon Solutions. We were under a tight deadline and Terry was able to come out to evaluate the situation within a few days. She explain the options, and given the high pCi/L, we opted for a 2 fan mitigation system. After both systems were installed, a retest was done and the final level was 0.1 - well under the required 4.0.During the installation process, we had questions: they were answered completely and professionally by Terry or Tina (Admin Assistant). We also talked to both technicians and were pleased by their knowledge and skill. The price for both systems was less than we anticipated and completely worth the cost, given the excellent final results. We appreciated the guarantee which we could transfer to the new owners. We highly recommend Reliant Radon Solutions and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

My experience with ACE Radon has been positive, two installations in five years. ACE Radon installed the radon system in my previous house, so I called them again. This installation was completed in September, 2020. Their quote was not the cheapest, but the variance is about $100. I like their warranty; a company has to stay in business so that the warranty is meaningful to homeowners.Nick did a rather complex installation routing the system through the garage attic. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced installer. He patiently answered my various questions about the installation and did the final walkthrough with me explaining the installation steps and where he drilled the holes and how he patched the openings on the exterior. a very nice person. Before the installation, an estimator (Steve or Chris) did a site visit and examined for potential routes for the pipes. He was very thorough and experienced. Stacey in the office is wonderful, very patient. She discussed installation options with me and provided helpful insights given the house layout and the aesthetical need.My experience is that ACE Radon highly values its customer satisfaction. They have been in business for a long time so I feel more comfortable having them drill holes on the siding.

We've had ACE come out and instal mitigation systems in three houses now. They are always professional and do a great job. At one of the houses, the radon level was at 30 when we purchased, so the mitigation system was installed first thing. The level immediately dropped to less and 2. For our latest install, Jeff came out personally to the property and gave recommendations for reducing the level without a pricey install. We had someone moving into the basement, so we went ahead with the install anyway just to be sure, but we really appreciate when a business owner doesn't want to just do the job and take the money even when he feels it may be unnecessary. So, we are really happy with ACE and we recommend them highly!

With extra time on my hands due to COVID, I decided to run a RADON test in my basement. Glad I did ... it was 12.8 which was well above the recommended max value of 4.0. Reliant was contacted and they promptly arrived to complete a site survey and provide a quote. On the installation day, they arrived promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done .... and they listened to my installation recommendations/concerns .... I was not ignored !! As an engineer, I expected a clean and professional installation ... they did an A+ job. My house was respected, installation impacts from dust and debris was minimized, and they were sensitive to installation aesthetics. Based on my experience, you will not go wrong with Reliant. I rarely make contractor recommendations since they never meet my expectations, but these guys were great !!!

We just moved to Colorado area and began our search for our new home about 3 months ago. Hearing that there are some concerns in living here like something called Radon gas was completely new to me, but still in my mind I assumed this will not be a concern for us because we are looking at newer homes. Well we found our perfect dream home that was only 2 years old. Radon gas does not discriminate. To our surprise upon inspection it was noted that we had some radon concerns. I immediately panicked. I called 3 different radon mitigation companies to help educate myself and try to determine what financially I would be responsible for. The second I communicate with Leighanne my panic began to subside. She was so clear and educating about this unknown gas that was discovered to be a concern in my new dream home. She spent more time educating me and explaining the mitigation process than trying to just sell the services for Ace Radon. It was obvious she know the science behind this and what was needed to eliminate the concern. She know I was communicating with other companies because I was completely up front about that and at no time did she speak negatively about the other companies only focusing on what Ace could do for me. I had read that in many situations companies gave a quote over the phone only to have to add additional work on site causing more of an expense. Leighanne understood my need to feel financially at ease so strongly suggested an on site bid for the work with no obligations. Brian did that and explained clearly the work to be completed. Living in Parker we are required to have specific electrical work with a licensed electrical contractor. Another mitigation company told me to not worry about that that they would be able to complete the work so to save the expense. Whether or not the company could complete all the work was not in question, but it is required where I live for the work to be permitted and completed with a license electrician. Ace never tried to sell their service by undercutting that requirement. They were protecting me and my investment if I chose to sell later. I appreciate that. Leighanne gave me a list of several electrician for us to contact to make that decision or we could find our own. Joe from Ace was our technician and I could not speak more positively about him and how he represented Ace Radon. He was on time and very professional. He was so respectful about being in my home and staying masked in this time of the specific protocols dealing with covid. He worked hard and clean. His quality of craftsmanship was impeccable. My husband is very Meticulous so almost always has to follow up cleaning the work done by many different trades. With Joe that was not needed. He worked great with the electrician upon his arrival to complete his portion of the work. Upon completion he not only explained in depth what he installed but again explained the process of the system. Also telling us that if we ever have questions to contact Ace. He spoke in clear layman terms and instructed us as to what our suggested roll going forward was in order to guarantee we are safe and get the most out of our system. I know this review is long but coming from someone who never heard of this concern just 3 months ago having the folks at Ace Radon start to finish gave me the complete confidence we would be safe. And their quote remained their quote with no surprises.

You can hardly tell that it is there! It is tucked away out of site in our utility room and put the manometer in the garage so we can easily monitor it! The previous homeowner used Ace Radon for a radon mitigation system that needed to be checked after I moved in. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the sump in which the radon pipe was installed had water in it to such a level that a new sump pump had to be installed. So as to have the radon system and the sump pump work in conjunction with one another, I hired Ace Radon to install the sump pump as well. The technician for the job was Nick Medina. From the very start Nick was polite, professional and patient with the many questions I asked him about the job and what it would entail. Nick explained the process to me, made sure to notify me every step of the way and left his work area cleaner than he found it...the sign of a true professional! Nick installed the pump and piping in such a way as to make it blend in perfectly with my outside iron fence. The inside construction was clean and Nick even improved upon the initial installation of the radon system by making the access panel and piping easier to disconnect in the future. Overall one of the best service technicians that I have ever encountered. I was thoroughly impressed and will be requesting Nick by name should I need to use Ace Radon again in the future.

We were very fortunate to have Terry Kerwin agree to review our radon mitigation system installation and make some recommendations to improve it. Her care in explaining the typical way a system is installed, what matters, the types of mitigation and when those might be used, what to be careful about was incredibly helpful to us. We are struggling with lowering the radon levels in a home we purchased relatively recently. The seller paid for the system install and the company we are working with is very customer-focused, so we are fortunate there also. They are standing behind their warranty and I'm quite sure are losing a lot of money doing so. Deep respect for that one! Very impressed with our installation. We live in an older home in a neighborhood with higher radon levels. We had a peak level of 22-23 pCi/L radon pre mitigation. EPA recommends less than 4.0. Reliant was the only bidder out of four other Gold Star Rated mitigators (see Boulder county’s website) that explicitly stated they would include sealing and depressuring our two crawl spaces in addition to subslab depressurization. No staged install, just a two day project that included everything. The price was on the lower end of the bidding spectrum as well, and our home purchase inspector had seen good installs by this company. Reliant’s inspector for the bid was the actual installer which makes sense to me. Everything looks well done. I would probably have asked for “neater” edging of the encapsulation in the crawl space against the foundation walls but I am sort of OCD and this hardly matters as I’m looking to spray foam the concrete anyway eventually for energy savings.I waited one month to get the provided send out test back and our level came back at 1.2 ± 0.4 pCi/L. This is a great result. I plan to retest in 1-2 years to make sure everything still works well.A huge side benefit I didn’t realize would occur was the encapsulated crawl spaces were apparently giving our home a vague musty smell. This is basically gone now. And the amount of bugs around the home has significantly declined as well.

I loved Reliant Radon Solutions because they were upfront. The owner was thorough with her walkthrough of our situation. She explained a solution and not only provided an estimate for our project, but included their insurance coverage certificate as well as past customer referrals. The technician was a pleasure to work with, did an excellent job and finished in the timeframe they quoted.

Previous companies I contacted blew us off (probably because they are in Boulder) which was super annoying. Terry was prompt and very responsive always.

Really great company to work with - most mountain homes need a radon system, but not all installers know what they are doing - we had Reliant install a poorly done system by someone that simply wouldn't pass inspection.The entire process was amazing - great communication, very knowledgeable, technician was great. I would refer them to anyone that asked and of course we got great test result after the system was installed.

We had 3 companies provide bids. Reliant was the only one that actually came to the property, looked over everything, explained in detail what they would do if hired. They provided a free estimate that was also detailed (and matched what we were told in person). The other companies just threw out a generic estimate without even looking at our house or basement. Reliant sealed cracks in the basement utility room, put in a sealed cover on the sump pump, and then put in the mitigation fan with minimal impact on the house at any point. They even painted the pipe to match the exterior of the house with paint we provided. Every person we dealt with was professional and courteous.

We apparently have the most difficult house to mitigate ever. I knew Reliant was the best, but I waited to review until we solved the radon issue and we did! It was a process but we have an old house with several additions and such, leaving us with THREE foundation levels. Other companies stopped returning our calls once they saw our house or wouldn't even come because we had an existing "system" (it was pretty much just a pipe in the corner doing nothing). I cannot speak highly enough of Terry and her team. She was dedicated to figuring out our house. It took some time, but that was because she wasn't going to just slap in new systems and rack up a huge bill for us. She took it piece by piece, spent lots of time trouble shooting, testing, reviewing, etc. to get the best solution possible (with the most reasonable cost). Our house was basically not built (or rebuilt) with any thought to radon mitigation. I was afraid we'd never get it. But we did! Luckily Terry had lots of knowledge and resources. I highly doubt many other companies would have been as dedicated and helpful as Terry and her team. This is not just about a job for them. They truly want people to be safe in their homes.
