They connected a new radon vent and piping below the existing soil gas retarder in our crawl space for a very reasonable price. I am so impressed by this company. Both the individuals manning the phones and the technicians are so courteous. My radon fan quit working so I initially called them to replace it. The first individual walked me through some simple troubleshooting directions and then recommended that I call the company who installed the system to see if the work would be under warranty. When the other company didn’t get back to me over two weeks and several phone calls, I called Protect Environmental back to help me out. I called at 10 am and they were able to work me in that day. Called for Radon Testing and was given an estimate of $185 for their services. I was also told that I could buy a one-time use test for $20 at any hardware store, or order a continuous monitoring system from AirThings for $150. I'm so grateful for companies that help homeowners make good decisions!

Not only were they incredibly quick in responding to inquires, but they were able to schedule us in when we had a tight timeline to meet. They sure stand by their work as we had an issue with one of the pipes a few years after the installation and they immediately jump on the issue and corrected it. Levels were testing at over 7 according to the Airthings Corentium Home Radon Detector 223 Portable I bought off Amazon so I called to price out a system. Jarad the Project Manager was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule the install for the very next day! Nick arrived right on time the next day and was very polite and professional. It took about 9 hours from start to finish. I immediately saw my levels drop and am now averaging a little over a 2. I feel much safer about my son having his bedroom in the basement now. Had a couple small issues post install and Kyle the operations manager came out and took care of them right away. Can't say enough good things about him - great attitude, fantastic communication, and an outstanding approach to customer service (uncommon with other businesses these days.) Jarad and Nick were also great to work with. I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a radon mitigation system.

I had a great experience with Ace...they were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a tight time window due to a current remodel project. Stacey was able to find time in their schedule for the initial inspection and also 'held' a spot for the following week to complete the work (before I committed to getting it done). They recommended placing the system tucked away in what will be a closet. Carl, who did the work, was completely professional, ensuring the system was installed in the least intrusive/visible spot on the exterior of the house. I highly recommend Ace.

Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to. At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.

On the recommendation of a family member, we had ACE Radon install a radon mitigation system in our home. The whole process from estimate to completion of work was very professional. Danielle, our customer service advocate, did a great job giving us a prompt and accurate estimate. And the installers, Karl and Anthony, were on time and performed the work in a way that kept our house neat and clean. We highly recommend ACE Radon.

I had ACE do the radon system at my house. The bidding process was fairly straightforward and we had an estimate within the day. I got quotes from probably 6 different companies. Ace was in the middle of the quote range. I was able to get them to come down a little with a price match. Amanda was my contact through all this and was very easy to reach and responsive to my emails/calls. Andrew was my installer and I thought he did a great job. He gave me a few options of where the unit could be installed. Took about half a day to finish the project. He did a good job and left the area cleaned up. Unfortunately, my post mitigation test showed radon levels were still elevated too high. I have a tri level house where there are 2 different foundation systems and there was still radon entering the house on the opposite end of the house from where the system was installed. The owner came out himself. He inspected the sealed crawlspace tarp and used a radon detector that gives real time radon readings to determine more air needed to be suctioned in that area. Andrew came back out to install a second pipe connected to the first and used it to mitigate the radon gas coming from under the crawlspace tarp. After this modification the radon level came back at 0.9. I'm happy with the service I received and would recommend.

I just recently got a radon system put in my new house and had an amazing experience. We had so many random life things pop up and had to reschedule what felt like 5 times and Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful. She also was super knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. Karl installed the system for us and was amazing. He was super informative, kind and was able to make it all work even though it was kind of a difficult installation with the room he was working with. The entire team at ACE Radon is absolutely outstanding! We received high results from our home inspection (28pCi/L) and were really worried about mitigation. Our account manager Jennifer got a technician out within 48 hours to do a proper inspection in order to start a plan for mitigation and allow us to feel better about moving forward with the property. Her plan included a thorough and detailed approach, and from start to finish she was available via email and phone to answer all of our questions. She took full accountability when there was a scheduling hiccup and worked to ensure that the re-schedule happened the next day. Can’t ask for better customer service than that. Andrew, our technician, was extremely knowledgable, capable, and thorough with how he installed the mitigation system. He went above and beyond and educated us on the different components and why he made the choices he made. He sealed all of the cracks in an entire basement and to be honest, it looks much better than it did before. The work was impeccable. Finally, Brian was prompt to drop off and pick up the post-mitigation tests. We decided to do 3 tests throughout the house - and they all came back < 1pCi/L!!! I will repeat that last part - less than one!!! I received a prompt call from Jennifer to discuss the great news and follow up on next steps to ensure the numbers continue to stay low. Reliant did a terrific job installing our radon mitigation system. From start to finish, Terry and her team were professional and responsive. They accommodated multiple scheduling changes we needed to make due to our travel schedule. The installation itself really blew me away -- the installer thoroughly cleaned up everything from his work (including painting the system to match the siding of the house) and didn't leave a trace. Their proposal was a little more than that of other companies but no surprises and I was pleased with the work and it was done as scheduled, respectfully and neatly. The radon lab result came back less than 0.4 pCi/L

They took a very stressful situation (an out of state move and unexpected radon issues) and made everything so easy. They were courteous and prompt, and they had no trouble working out appointments with our builder. Our technician was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything. I would definitely recommend them!

I am a Realtor and I had a very short time timeframe for a cash closing. I found out at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday that the buyer wanted proof that the radon level tested after installation to be 4.0 or lower before they would sign papers. Our closing was scheduled for the next Thursday. I called Terry on Saturday morning, she was at the home on Sunday, pulled a team member off another job for Monday to get the system installed. Had it retested on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. while we were sitting at the closing table. The level was below 1.0. We had a successful close. Reliant Radon has always been professional and reliabe. No question in my mind, I will not use any other radon company.

Reliant did a great job testing our home and installing our radon mitigation system back in 2010. We're using our basement more so we wanted to retest. Going forward we plan to test every 2 years as recommended because the process was easy, quick and inexpensive. It's well worth it to know that our family is safe from radon exposure.
