Very responsive team…technician finished the job in less than 2 hours and was delightful to chat with. We got the baffles and can barely hear the fan at all. Got the radon levels tested ~2 weeks later and they were below 2 pCi/L

Our home already had a passive radon system installed by the builder and an outlet near the PVC vent pipe in the attic. Nicholas from Radon Systems came and installed a fan to convert the system to active. The work took about an hour. Nicholas was very professional and took care to avoid tracking blown-in insulation from the attic through the house. Our radon level has been below 2pCi/L since the work was completed. I would recommend Radon Systems LLC without reservation.

Awesome company! I called on a Monday to have my well water tested and my broken softener system looked at. The water and system were checked by Wednesday and a new filter system was up and running by Friday! Everyone at the company is very nice and professional. Josh the technician showed up right on time. He is a young man, personable, very professional, and efficient. He has the qualities of someone in their sixties, in that his work ethic is beyond reproach, hard to find in young people at this time. He was highly efficient with his work, meticulous in workmanship, especially considering confined space to fit piping, and the aesthetics were great. Needed a full replacement water filtration system, pump, and radon system. Dave was able to come out to explain everything and give me a quote the day after I called him. His team came out 5 days later and were professional and did a great job. They explained everything before they started and again when they finished. No mess left behind and a very clean install. My radon levels were about 9-11. They quickly sent me a quote, and we scheduled them to come and install within a few weeks. No hassle after one company gave us a quote with a crappy warranty and another one didn't bother sending us a quote after demanding to vome on site to estimate which is a pain when my husband and I are so busy. The quote which was competitive and most importantly they have a fantastic warranty. Within a day or our radon levels have dropped below 2 (1.35 as of today). If you need a radon mitigator call this company!

Outstanding experience all around!! I recently discovered a hole in my ancient well cap and knew I had to replace it ASAP. Dave was able to swing by and assess the situation promptly. He is an extremely warm and friendly person who really knows his stuff!! We assessed what was needed at the well cap and I invited him into the basement to take a look at what else was going on. I knew from a service sticker that my well pump is over 10 years old but I had no idea that my pressure tank was over 30 years old!! He showed me pics of how susceptible to corrosion those older tanks are and recommended I change that out as well. When I asked if it made sense to do the pump at the same time he said no, I can probably get several more years out of it, he did not try to upsell me in the slightest. In fact, he put together a package deal to do the new cap and tank/plumbing for a very reasonable rate. He was able to get the job scheduled incredibly promptly and within a few days Darren was here and got the job done beautifully. We looked at the bottom of my old pressure tank and boy were they right!! That fitting was corroded to heck and ready to pop right off. It's on the underside so I never would have known. They were pleasant and knowledgeable, efficient and thorough, high marks to Cliff Cummings water and crew!!!

Everyone else quoted two pipes without question, but Jim was the only one that wanted to drill in the ground first to determine whether two pipes were actually needed (turns out we only needed one!). It showed that he was really there to solve the problem and understood our desire to keep things as neat and out-of-the-way as possible. Our ozone water filter was installed 3 months ago and we’re very happy with the results. 2 weeks prior the pump died on our Radon mitigation system, apparently excessive amounts of iron will do that (the inside was stained orange). Our radon tech referred us to Dave and this went smooth. Dave was very easy to reach and upfront about pricing. All in all the installation took a couple of hours on a Friday. We went from changing sediment filters almost weekly to a system that automatically backwashes itself. Highly recommend.

Jim came out within a couple weeks after my call, drilled some pilot holes to confirm our foundation type, then in less than a month from my first call installed a somewhat simple system. I watched on my digital system the numbers drop in less than 24 hours from the high teens to less than .5. It was frankly unexpected and if I didn’t see it on my own gear it was really somewhat unbelievable. The fact is he kinda predicted exactly what I saw. 2 months later the readings are still the same. RADON GUYS know what they are doing, are very professional, and I’ve gone from exceptionally stressed to living my life again. Dave and crew did a FANTASTIC job putting in a new filtration system in our house. They were timely and fast. We were using Nestle water delivery service and now drink straight from the tap. He even recommended the brand of cleaner to use on our tub, toilets, and sinks to get the rust stains out from all of the iron wear and tear and it worked like a charm. They couldn’t have done a better job. They were friendly and professional. They are our guys!

Jim did a great job with our house that was originally built in the 1880s. He told us exactly what was required, did exactly what he said he was going to do, for the exact amount of the estimate. Everything was great! We'd highly recommend.

Although we were not able to hire Radon Guys (we needed a water remediation system, as opposed to an air remediation system), I just wanted to take a minute to commend Jim Duffy, the owner, who instead of just telling us he couldn't help us, took the time to check his contacts to help us find another potential contractor. Furthermore, his responses were extremely prompt and professional, and if we do need air remediation in the future, we'll be coming here first.

Jim did a great job for us here in Newton with a radon remediation installation. He really took time to understand the application as every site and ground conditions are different. The radon level was lowered from 5 to close to 0.5, which was great for us. And as situations develop I know he will be there to help. Great job, Jim.

Dave did a great job installing an updated water softening system. I explained that I have High Blood Pressure and need asystem with less sodium. not only did he put in a more efficient system, it will utilize a mix of potassium and sodium to remove the metals from the water. He arrived ontime and completed the work as described. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a water softening system.
