Radon Systems did a phenomenal job addressing our challenging situation. Our 1890 house had different basement areas to remediate that had varying floor levels and foundation types. Complicating things were footings further chopping up the space. John Spokis really worked through the issues and installed nonobtrusive systems in both areas that gave us low radon results. Very professional service provided by Radon system. The technician helped to find the hidden pipe inside the wall to be used by radon mitigation systems. This saves cost to drill the wall and add redundant pipeline. Highly recommended!

I used Radon Systems LLC for radon mitigation from 4.5pCi/L to now 0.7 pCi/L so I am thrilled as we have children and I was worried about exposure. I highly recommend them! We had received quotes from several companies and Radon Systems proposal came in lower but also the most straight forward with no additional add on costs. They were also on the Nationally Certified Radon Mitigation Professionals from the MA Dept. of Health. Random Systems LLC, John Spokis did an outstanding job with getting our Radon System to function properly. Our home is new but no fan was installed to help move the Radon gases from beneath the house to the exterior. The job was efficient and professional completed. John also took the extra step to ensure there was enough draft from beneath the house to the outside. The readings dropped from 17.9pCi/L to 0.9. Well below the 4.0 safe level
